·         When will my order be delivered?

o   All Stock items are delivered the next day. Non-stock items usually take 3-4 days.

·         What is the order cut off point for next day delivery?

o   Stock items ordered before 4pm will be delivered the following day.

·         How can I apply for a credit account with Quest?

o   Quest welcomes clients looking to set up a credit account, please email sales@qs-sales.com to request an account application form.

·         How can I return unwanted/ incorrect goods?

o   To return goods to our warehouse, please contact the office who will take the details and arrange for the goods to be returned for a credit. Restocking charges may apply.

·         How quickly can I collect my online order?

o   Stock items can be collected within 1 hour of placing the order.

·         Where can I collect my order from?

o   We have a trade counter in Gawcott & Bedford where goods can be collected from. If you are looking to collect from Bedford, please allow an extra day to collect, or call the office prior to collection to ensure it is ready.

·         What is the Quest Onestop System?

o   The Onestop system is the perfect solution for keeping enough consumables in your workshop. Simply choose what you’d like to stock, and we will supply the goods, and a storage cabinet. We’ll then monitor the stock levels, and make sure you never run out of your regularly used items!

    How do I update my address information?

o   Anyone can update billing or delivery information at the checkout when placing an order. Trade customers can update these addresses and corresponding contacts within their account management section when they login. However this will only be useful prior to making an order. There is currently a technical issue meaning this information is overwritten each night if an order has not been placed.
