The TIMCO Solo Screw is a single-thread wood screw designed for quick and efficient installation.
Suitable for use across a wide variety of timber and engineered boards, and can also be used in masonry when paired with a plastic plug. Its sharp thread design helps reduce the risk of splitting, while in many applications eliminating the need for pre-drilling.
Finished in Bright Zinc Plate. Also available in Yellow Zinc Plate
Solo Screw Features:
- Double Countersink: This reduces the likelihood of head shear and assists completion of countersinking.
- Fully Threaded: Up to 75mm. 80mm and above all have 70mm thread length
- 25° Sharp Point: 25° sharp point and single lead for a fast start and improved thread acceptance
- 40° Deep Single Thread: This provides a secure fixing with high pull-out resistance.
- Wax Lubricated: This enhances the screw insertion time, extra driving torque and resistance to corrosion.
