2. Eligibility
- The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
- To enter, participants must successfully open a Quest Hardware online trade account between 8th September and 30th September 2025.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be disqualified.
- Employees of Quest, its affiliates, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
- To enter the prize draw, you must complete and submit a valid trade account application via during the promotional period.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Entry is automatic upon approval of your trade account application.
4. Prize Details
- The prize is a £500 credit by way of 50,000 Quest points being awarded to your Quest trade account.
- There will be one winner, selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Quest reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner will be chosen at random using a computer-generated draw within 7 days of the closing date.
- The winner will be notified by email or telephone using the contact details provided during account registration.
- If the winner does not respond within 14 days, another winner will be selected.
6. Data Protection
- By entering this prize draw, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes the administration of the prize draw and the receipt of marketing communications from Quest. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the link provided in our emails.
- Personal data will not be shared with third parties outside of Quest for marketing purposes.
7. General
- Quest reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions where necessary due to events outside its reasonable control.
- By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
