We endeavour to despatch your order for delivery for the next working day as standard - please let us know if you would like a weekend or special delivery.

Quest operates its own van fleet which delivers Monday to Friday to selected locations providing a friendly and reliable service. We also use trusted national carriers for UK destinations further afield.

Customers may also order and collect from us. Our Trade Counters and Customer Collection points are open from 7:00am - 4:45pm Monday to Friday. Please call 01280 822062 to confirm your order is ready for collection.




Delivery

Carriage paid on orders over £75.00 excluding VAT.  Timed delivery options are available please contact us for more details and rates if not listed.

Any in-stock standard product can be ordered for next day delivery by 16:30 (Monday - Friday. Excluding public holidays). 

Please note lengths (anything over 1.2m) cut off for delivery is 15:30 (Monday - Friday. Excluding public holidays).


Any lengths over 4 metres will despatched Monday and Wednesday only does not include public holidays.

Pleas note that a small additional charge will be placed on all our lengths. This charge will be presented to you at checkout. Note that if you are purchasing smaller consumables with your length order, these items will be covered under the length delivery charge.

For deliveries to Northern Ireland there is a flat delivery fee. If you would like a personalised delivery charge, please contact us for a quote on 01280 822062.

For delivery to the Channel Islands, UK Isles, Scotland and Ireland a additional charges will apply. For international delivery, please contact us before placing your order for a delivery quotation.

We understand how important timely delivery is to you. That's why we aim to fulfill our promise of next-day delivery wherever possible. 

However there are times and factors outside of our control may impact our delivery timelines. These unforeseen circumstances can range from weather disruptions to logistical challenges, making it difficult for us to guarantee next-day delivery on every occasion.

In these rare instances, we are committed to keeping you informed and updated on the status of your delivery.
 


Returns

At Quest we want you to be happy with your order and hopefully will never need to return anything but should you need to return any goods we aim to make it as quick and easy as possible to exchange or refund your purchase. This page tells you all you need to know.
  • The Buyer may cancel an order or return any unwanted goods to the Seller within 30 days of the date of receiving delivery, or collection from the trade counter. Such notice may be given by phone, mail or email. If the Buyer is cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify the Seller of the problem at the time of cancellation.
  • The Seller will only accept returns providing the goods are undamaged, in the original undamaged packaging and are in a re-sellable condition. Restocking charges may apply to some returns.
  • If for any reason the order arrives incomplete or the consignment was damaged in transit to the Buyer, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Such notice may be given by phone, mail or email.
  • The Seller is unable to accept the return of any goods that have already be part used or fitted prior to returning
  • The Seller is unable to accept the return of any non-standard special product that has been supplied correctly in accordance with the Buyer’s instructions.
  • Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by the Seller, the Seller will arrange collection of the goods.
  • Where the goods are being returned because they are no longer needed or the incorrect items were ordered by the Buyer, the goods must returned to the Seller at the Buyer’s cost.  If the Buyer requires the Seller to arrange collection, the cost of collection will be deducted from any potential credit or refund due to the Buyer.
  • The Seller will refund by the same method of payment used to purchase the goods.

Returns

Should you wish to return any items then please contact our team within 30 days of receipt of goods.  Please let us know the reason for return, and we will make arrangements for returning goods. Unless faulty, goods must be in original packaging and unused to qualify for returns. Faulty goods will be checked for misuse before replacing. Restocking charges may apply to some returns.
