Meet The Team : Richard

Richard has many years of experience in hardware. He’s had two stints at Quest, over the past year and back in 2014. Richard is an important contact for many customers, providing advice on a wide range of ironmongery, sliding door gear and consumables. Richard is also a key contact for advising on our Multirail system, which is used by joiners in their spray booths when spraying window units. New Quest Product: Reliance Ultima Quest has launched a new product as part of the Reliance range. The Reliance range includes a selection of high quality multipoint locks, door hardware and window espanolettes and now also offers heavy duty, high performance hinges for sash windows.  The Reliance Ultima is suitable for casements up to 50kg in weight and up to 1000mm sash width and 14mm stack height. Meet The Team: Dave

Dave is the warehouse and logistics manager at Quest, he manages the team who operate across 13SF of warehouse. As orders come into the sales team they are placed on the system and then processed by the warehouse. Orders placed by local businesses are shipped out through our fleet of vans, orders placed further afield are delivered through a network of couriers. Dave’s role is to manage the Quest staff resources and ensure that all orders are correctly picked and dispatched from the warehouse and delivered on time.
