Designed for heavy duty commercial and agricultural sliding door applications such as warehouses, agricultural buildings, aircraft hangars etc. 

Series 250 is straight sliding heavy-duty sliding door hardware suitable for timber or metal doors with a maximum panel weight up to 1000kg when using two 500kg 4 wheel hangers per door.

Capacity will be reduced accordingly if using lower capacity hangers from the Series 250 range. Components suitable for use with straight sliding systems are detailed below. Generally two hangers are used on each door panel. A third or fourth hanger can be used to increase door weight capacity. eg. using three 250-253 hangers would allow a door panel weighing up to 1500kg to be used.

When using upper track support brackets they should be fixed at a minimum of 600mm and a maximum of 1000mm spacing. Series 250 upper track is NOT pre-drilled and will require drilling for soffit fixing whether installing it with or without the use of soffit fixing brackets.
